Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters deeply, and I want to ensure you fully understand the terms of your purchase.

1. Educational Purpose

All programs, courses, digital products, eBooks, and services I offer are for educational and informational purposes only. I do not guarantee any specific results or financial outcomes. You are responsible for your own success, actions, and implementation.

2. Returns and Refunds

To provide every participant with a high-touch coaching experience, enrollment is limited and your seat is reserved exclusively for you. In addition, you will receive immediate access to proprietary digital resources that cannot be returned once released. For these reasons, all purchases, including deposits, are final and non-refundable.

3. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access to the program until the account is brought current.

4. Use of Likeness

By attending a live or virtual event, you grant permission for me to record, photograph, and use your name, image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, without further compensation or approval.

5. Force Majeure

I am not responsible for any delays or failures caused by events outside of my control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technology outages.
